Brussels can be reached by direct train from Aachen, Cologne, Paris Gare du Nord, London St Pancras and Amsterdam CS. From Gare du Midi, metro lines 2 and 6 will take you to the Trône metro station. This is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Representation of the State of Baden-Württemberg to the EU (Rue Belliard 60-62).
Trains from Brussels-Zaventem Airport take you to Brussels city centre in around 20 minutes. This service is operated by Belgian railways (https://www.belgiantrain.be/en) and arrives at Bruxelles-Luxembourg train station, which is only a few minutes walk from Rue Belliard 60-62.
Should you plan to arrive by car, please note that Brussels is a low emission zone. Vehicles that are registered in countries other than Belgium and the Netherlands must be registered for Brussels in advance: https://lez.brussels/mytax/en/registration#. The venue itself does not offer parking – the closest public car park is located at Arts-Loi.
